Refund and Returns Policy

At Collateral Beauty, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within [15] days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In original packaging, where applicable

Non-returnable items include:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Underwear, swimwear, or personalized items (unless defective)

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or items of equal value, subject to availability. To start an exchange, please contact us as you would for a return.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Photos of the item
  • Description of the issue

We’ll make it right by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.
