1. Returns
We accept returns within [15] days of delivery for items that are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging, where applicable
Non-returnable items include:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Underwear, swimwear, or personalized items (unless defective)
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].

4. Exchanges
